There's been an enormous super bloom of orange poppies in California, close to where I live. I kept seeing instagram posts about it and they all looked gorgeous! So this past weekend, I drove out to go see them for myself.
It is so much more beautiful in real life! This picture was taken once the sun was going down, but the poppies were glowing when the sun was out.
I also got my graduation pictures done! I needed to have them done by the end of the month so why not take them in a field of flowers?
There were so many different areas you could explore, all covered in poppies. The view was breathtaking and it was a great example of the beauty God displays in his creation.
"You alone are the Lord. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you." - Nehemiah 9:6
"The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world." - Psalm 19:1-4
Ok so that's more than enough pictures of me, here are some of Noah (my boyfriend) and I.
And here's us trying to do a cute couple picture. (below)
All in all we had fun spending time in nature! The poppy's were beyond beautiful and made it the perfect place to take pictures and admire the beauty of God's creation.
